Useforms is Africa’s first integrated data collection tool that allows users to collect any kind of data, anywhere and in anymode; easily. It enables users to take maximum control of their data sources and responses.

This app provides you the ability to create workspaces, view live location of responses received, collect payment in Naira and foreign currency, collect customer feedback, collect customer orders, view a response map, export data to data analysis tools and several others

Create Folders and workspaces:
Useforms is designed to help users have maximum organization when working with different surveys. Useforms enables users to group forms into folders in your workspace. Your workspace can hold forms for different goals. Users can also create new workspaces depending on their subscription plan which is relatively cost effective.

Collaborators:
Useforms has designed this feature to enable users to add team members into their workspaces especially in a situation where they need more input in the aspect of creating the forms. As a collaborator, the user will have access to just the workspace(s) that they have been invited to.

Templates:
In creating survey questions, templates have been created and designed to serve as a guide for users who have no clue as to the kind of questions they need to collect data on. Additionally, when you create a form, you have the option to make it into a template for other users to access.

Plug ins (Google sheet and Power BI)
Useforms has ensured that users can organise and analyse data received by automatically syncing your data wherever and whenever you want it. Users can also integrate with other data supporting tools by providing Useforms with the API keys necessary.

Adding Logic to a question
In creating single choice questions, you can add a logic to a question such that you input a logic that says the question should show/hide any other question on the form if the respondent’s answer equals any of the options. This feature enables the user to control display of the forms and ensure not all respondents are exposed to questions that do not fit the needed feedback.

Collecting payments:
The app is designed to also collect payments. The use case for this feature would be a business owner adopting Useforms to collect customer orders and also requesting for payment either receiving local or foreign currency.
Location:
Useforms enables users to collect location information of their respondents in three ways:
Requesting location details (Country and state)
Requesting an address
Area Mapping - This feature assists agents to capture the size of a location as requested by the form owner.

Sharing a Form:
A user can share your form to social media outlets like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. Our users that own websites can also copy an embedded code for their websites or go ahead to copy a sharable link. In sharing a form, the user can also share to agents in different locations to help gather the needed responses.
