DataBeaver is a tool that enables businesses and organisations make insightful and quantitative decisions through the use of data captured across several data points.

DataBeaver provides your organization with a means of capturing different classes of data such as

✔ Textual and numerical data, etc. via logic based smart forms that present them in an easy way to interpret and analyse.

The mobile app enables agents collect data based on form defined by the organisation and allows a field agent collect as many data entry points as possible or as defined by the organisation.
Some features of the DataBeaver mobile app include:

● Simple user interface: The mobile app comes in a simple, intuitive user interface that allows easy collection of data in any type of form.

● Geotagging and Timestamps: Each data entry submitted on DataBeaver automatically comes with an uneditable geotag as well as the exact date and time the entry was submitted.

● Validation of entries: As entries are submitted by field agents, they are validated based on metrics set by the organisation. Entries which pass the validation are accepted or rejected if it does not.

● Data integrity guaranteed: Data captured, once submitted, cannot be edited by either the field agent or back office agent. This ensures credibility of all data entry submitted on the app.

● Offline Collection: DataBeaver allows collection of data in area with little or no network coverage.

● Realtime Communication: Organisations can communicate with field agents in real-time via the app. This enables important information or announcements to be pushed to multiple agents in real-time.
