This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing FollowUp on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

A little fix needed. In the upper right corner the options menu of selected task is dark grey so its almost unreadable (Later/Delete).

I get that the sync features are for purchase, but I expected at least some integration with Informant. As it is, it seems the integration is limited to a link from Informant settings to this app. Unless I missed something.

FollowUp is a FREE app for your Android smartphone that allows you to keep track of all your communications in one place! Starred emails, missed SMS messages and un-answered phone calls become tasks for completion, giving you the irreplaceable assurance that you will never miss an important message again. You can also create a contact-based task directly from within the app.

*Connect with your Gmail account to monitor for starred emails
*When a starred email is detected, it becomes a task
*Reply to email and task is marked as complete


Phone Calls;

*Monitors for missed calls from your contacts
*If call goes un-returned for more than 30 minutes a task is created
