Users who are complaining that this app doesn't have an interface for editing the diagram should read the description of this app. The first sentence gives it away. This is a viewer for diagrams drawn on Cacoo. Aside from that, the app does exactly what it says and you can view any of the diagrams you have saved on Cacoo's website.
