This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing CallWeaver on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

It doesn't matter how I set up, to allow all calls or to restrict and only allow a few phone numbers to get through, it NEVER works!!!!! I have it set up to allow 6 callers through at night and it never rings. I also have it set up to allow all text messages to get through and I NEVER receive a notification of a text. I am setting up green phone to allow through and red phone to not.

It filters calls like it says but it does it globally. For my daytime profile, i want to receive all calls, and I want my night time calls restricted. Can't do that here. It restricts calls on all profiles even if you set the profile to NOT use filtering.

The last update is crashing the app when you try to add number from the call log. Most of the numbers you want to filter out are actually there, not in your contacts. Since the app does not allow copy/paste, you virtually can't add to filter anybody but your buddies from contacts without manually typing the numbers. How stupid is this?

Love Phoneweaver so I figured I would just go right to the paid version. It never worked on my DROID Maxx and still doesn't on my DROID Turbo. Wish it would!
