After changing ownership of my smart account from my dad to me, I can't receive the smart confirmation code for app login. Tried reinstalling, restarting my phone, going to an official store at midtown. This app is garbage. On top of that, receiving messages takes 30 minutes to receive even on a full 4 bars of reception AND having wifi calling enabled. This has caused issues with online apps that want to send confirmation code that expire in 2 minutes or less.

Remaining data does not register accurately. It looks like my data is nearly up, which may be there by design so l have to go and add more. Which would be a complete waste of money as if you look into the breakdown of data used, there is little actually used! Misleading. If you only add small amount of data Money, it goes, even though am using WIFI!

If I top up but my credit expires, I lose access to the service I have paid for until I top up my account but I've already paid for the service. Time to switch to cellcard.

Data Roaming is so unreliable!! I was in Singapore, paid for roaming 2usd a day and got charged but the internet didn't even work at all. I tried restarting my phone many times but still didn't work. So disappointing.

Though with the new update about the calling music, i can't say that i like but just disappointed. we could only pick music that were chosen from the app but why not choose the music from where we want instead? or if we want a song to play when someone call us can't we JUST get it from our file and put it that way?
