Maybe the app is goin' worse day by day. It takes more time to open this app & still shows no Internet connection when the speed is quite good. Phone gets hanged during running the App, most of the time. Authority should look upon this term. Thank you.

Well at first the app was very good but now I'm facing a lot off problem. And also the data i use is cuting a lot faster then before, I'm a student so i can not buy data pack so frequently. So i request u to fix this as soon as possible.

I think robi app should think many things. Specially when a person Mb is finished,then they should disconnect the internet and give him a message his mb finished. They don’t do that,rather they cut the money in every second of Mb use.That way they cut our money.They should fix that

A pop up ad appears every time I open the app. No way to contact support. Absolutely no way to get static information offline, e.g. the package, offer, bundle info etc

I'm trying to purchase an internet pack that was in my sms that 25 tk for 3 gb if you got sms, click the link. when I'm clicking the link the purchase inter face comes but when I'm clicking the purchases confirmation button it says that the pack sterted successfuly but when I check my internet balance it is gone.🤬🤬🤬 my balance is okay but the pack is not started when the app says that my internet pack started successfully 😔
