Doesn't work, can't sign in, just like everyone else here has said. My account works fine online, but trying to log in with the exact same credentials on the app returns an error saying that my account can't be verified. I guess I'll just pin the web link in my financial apps folder until they fix this. An app vs web exclusivity seems like a pretty basic requirement for a financial institution these days. I just got my card today and I'm not feeling very confident or secure about keeping it now.

Super easy interface, I really enjoy using comenity High Yield Savings account. I set up automatic deposits each month as well as using my favorite part is mobile check deposits by image, and transfers to other financial institutions is easier than ever. As others have said, couldn't log in, couldn't create account. Everything is set up and working fine online, but nothing works in the app. Comenity never did strike me as much of a real bank though so not surprised.

It's true, this app does not let you into your account. I tried to login and got the 'wrong credentials' error. I picked up my iPad and logged in through their iOS/iPadOS app successfully. Then I logged out and logged in using Chrome -- and those same 'wrong credentials'. It's this app. Delete and move on.

Great High Yield Savings option for those wanting no penalty and quick withdrawls of funds. Still one of the highest interest rate payouts in the market, even during Covid. It's fun watching what used to be my home cash that was just sitting there making $6 -$10 bucks a month. Great option for funds that you don't want tied up for years, but still want them making some money.

I don't think that people understand that this app is made for the Savings account and CDs that are through Comebity Direct. NOT for credit cards. Please be aware before downloading and trying to login!
