This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Snow10 - Whitespace Steganography on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. About this app

Snow10 is a small text-based steganography app that utilizes zero-width characters or tabs/spaces to hide messages in plain sight.

The encoded message can then be copy-pasted into a text message, social media messages, forum post, etc.

Using Snow10, secret messages can be hidden in almost any digital medium.

Encoded messages can optionally be encrypted with AES (password protected).

Important security notice/disclaimer: While we strive to create a secure app, no system is 100% secure. In addition, messages encoded with this app can be discovered by determined people or using specific tools. (Messages using the encryption setting can have their existance discovered but hopefully not their decrypted form assuming the code is secure and a strong password is used). This app relies on no network service.
