Can't update the router. The update and download just takes forever. I've left it running for days, but the app never updates the Kisslink router. This is simply ridiculous. I want to support this, but there is absolutely no way I can recommend this product with the service that customers have been receiving for the past few years.

It won't update the route. It just says obtaining the info for an hour now.. and says when you log in current version too low.. and then it downloads and does the day thing obtaining info and won't leave that screen

The latest update bricked my entire apartment. I can't connect my smart tv anymore. Literally no devices except my phone will connect. And I can't use the app to manage or allow them because it says I need to update, then remains "downloading" forever. I'm about to pitch this entire system in the trash.
