Love this app! Perfect replacement for Evernote for what I need it for (Evernote had become unusable due to terrible updates). Love the many ways you can sort, group, check off and re-add. What could improve IMO would be the facility to click on links within the lists - both on the edit & use, item & within the notes. Eg. on my meal planner list I'd like to be able to link directly to the recipe. Also being able to select & copy text from the "use" list would be great

I really like using this app for light inventory management and shopping lists. I use a different checklist for each store and a separate one for inventory. I just wish I could share it collaboratively, where the list updates immediately on my end and for the other person with whom I share it. It would also be nice if the lists could be grouped for shopping where getting a specific item at one store marked it off of the other store lists. All-in-all, a very nice app for checklists with notes.

Can't import plain text from the clipboard. The recommended import approach has so many steps phone only, it's laughable. Overly picky csv file format and good luck getting an Android app that actually exports or edits csv files. Tried Excel, Google Docs... I just want to import some text from the clipboard, split by newlines, preserve order, select multiple items into a group, be done. I want to import a packing list I've maintained in text format, with 100+ items. Works well otherwise.

Good checklist app. The only thing I'd prefer in it is the option to change the color of the lists themselves. Don't much care for the magenta color for my grocery store list. But that's not a deal breaker. (Unless I'm just not seeing this option?) I recommend this app. 👍🏻

Love it, best app I've ever had for my grocery list. Really like how you can hide the crossed off items. I've slowly built up my grocery list over time and now have about 100 items on my list. Can't understand why the negative review

I am using this list for motocamping, and it's perfect for my needs. I like that I can create groups in the list so I can organize it based on where items get packed.

About this app

A handy checklist app made for those lists that you reuse - groceries, travel checklists, step-by-step procedures, and so on.

Building a grocery list during the week? Find items quickly (you can sort 4 different ways or search) and tap to mark them as needed. Change quantities using a handy pop-up. Add notes for more detail. Assign apples and bananas to the Fruit & Veggies aisle, and milk and cheese to the Dairy aisle. Browse the full list to remind yourself of other things you need.

At the supermarket, tap "Use" to show only the items you marked, grouped by the aisles you've set up. No more scrolling up and down a long list - it's sorted to match the order of the aisles in your store.

Have a step-by-step procedure that you sometimes forget? Add the steps and order them by dragging and dropping. Organize long lists into separate groups, each with their own color coding. Expand and collapse groups to stay focused.

Need to share a list with your partner? Send a text version by email, instant messaging, SMS, etc. Import or export a list using a CSV file. Turn on auto-backup to keep your data safe.

Tailor the UI to your needs - light/dark mode, show/hide quantity, show/hide notes, small/normal/large layout, swipe or tap.

Future features on my wishlist (but not yet available):
- Syncing lists between people and between devices

WHAT THIS APP IS NOT INTENDED FOR:
- No tracking of prices, coupons, etc.
- Not designed to be a to-do list for one-off tasks, so does not have Priority, Due Date, Reminders, etc.

This app is FREE with NO ADS or sneaky trackers. I designed it for myself; if you also find it useful, that's a bonus. :)

Developed using B4A by Anywhere Software

New features

- reset-list option added to cross-out lists
