Keep sending payment notice with extra penalty charges but can't even log into this app to make payment. Don't know why password invalid and click forget password multiple times, reset password email lost somewhere in the world didn't appear in my email. Not even a link in the app to get support. Wonder anyone use this app paid by our tax payer or just developed to get rot.

Same problem as everyone else. Cannot log in, cannot retrieve password. Why the heck have an app if its so poorly designed. And until today nobody fix the app also.

Qr code given in the bill are not worked. Manually download from play store and try register several time also unable to proceed next with no error and msg show... This app is really worst app, feel like 10 years ago app's quality. Also the bill only allow to receive via mail with hard copy, in case want to change address have to email to mbpj to update. During covid-19 unable go back to get the bill and unable make payment on time will get fine.

Frustrating, after downloading the apps, filled up all the necessary data such as email address and password, I received a message asking me to check my email to confirm my email address. But, no email was sent to me. I tried to login many many times but was declined. I called MBPJ cukai taksiran section for help but the officer just couldn't do anything. I am unable to pay my assessment bill now and just wait to be fined after the deadline. I think I won't be able to use the apps forever.

by far the worst apps ever. fill up all info but keep pop up.'Kesalahan, tidak dapat log in'. This should be a simple app, the app develop Team should be shame of themselves, don't bother reply you are sorry. I've read others review, it seem you guys are never improve. very shameful.
