It is funny that the company want us to use their services yet make it super hard to pay the bill at the end of the month. I can't log into the app at all to make my payment. I am considering to switch my plan with other brand as soon as I found a suitable packages that fit my needs. At this point, Maxis services might be worst than TM Unifi services considering the fact that I can make my payment easier there compared to here.

Literally, the content is account info with tonnes of ads and that's all it does. Of cause you can pay your bill with a link. Ain't that just an emailm Navigation is messy. In a nutshell pure rubish.

Qlways suddenly unable to access the info inside....tried to logout and login again but failed and asked me to try again few minutes later...24 hours later still unable to login...even after 48 or 72 hours later still the same thing happen....tried to uninstall and install again still unable to access and login!!! Seriously this is the stupidest apps that I've ever seen🙄🙄🙄
