Reward point system keep getting increase for each purchase. Abolish this if not want customer to enjoy with barely daily points. this apps need improvement. overlapping data usage per purchased package can be irritating, add on is this is most expensive data price of all telco company. been using this for long time. with this kind of service, good bye hotlink.

I dont understand why the internet passes value is different now. I used to buy RM60 internet pass with unlimited calls, but now it's gone, and the value increase to RM70, but the same benefit with the previous RM60 internet pass. This is really bad. There's no more internet passes with RM35, RM60 in my apps even after I uninstall and re-installing it over again (i thought the apps got hang, because my internet passes listing is different with my husband that use the same telco, the same apps).

The more Hotlink app update the more problem has it become. Cmon, even opening app is so slow and take a long hour for it to finish load, I have an emergency to buy Internet but it still loading sign from 10 pm to 1 am until now it still load and only option left is using *100# in phone app what a joke this app become

What the heck... i usually topup using the apps via fpx online... But when I want to make payment it ask for tac number...the problem is the massage that i got from the maxis only half in the notification ... so i need to open the massage inbox...when i switch back the apps want to fills those tac its say something duplicate device and error.... What bugs u guys fix? What things you upgrades? Seems like downgrade to me...Before this just fine... Please fix it back~~~ please~~~

I'm disappointed when it comes to Non-Stop Free Internet reward. I bought the passes using Jaringan Prihatin and when I wanna claim Non-Stop Red Social, there's unavailable eventho the description said it, only Non-Stop Red Chat and Video (1AM-7AM)? Feel scammed for twice. But, when I wanna buy normal passes (not Jaringan Prihatin), there's only 10GB passes with the price RM70?! Where's the rest? 6GB/8GB?? Ohmyyy.

RM35+5 for unlimited internet, but the FUP is only 50GB. So, the term "unlimited" should be have been outlawed by MCMC. The app also does not have free 1GB daily internet provided by government for us to redeem daily (must be Maxis assumed it is included under the 50GB "unlimited" FUP)
