Concept sounds good and convenient, but making payment to the app is so frustrating. Just opening the payment page took more than 5 mins. Payment methods such as TnG and Credit Card also timed out all the time and wasted much of my battery power even though my connection was good. Almost got fined as I wasn't able to top up fast enough to pay. This is such a frustrating app to use.

When updated to latest version, the shortcut version keep saying it is not install. You can only use the app when open in playstore only. Old version has no such issue in the past. However , the app work back again in the next day. Not sure what is the issue. So far..ok for now.

It's been a while since I last used it, now when I want to open it, it stucks at login page. After clicking login button, the loading only says 'checking your information' lots of times without logging. Tried reinstalling but same.

This is the second time the apps fail to activate. Keep on indicating that there is no internet signal.. So inconvenient when in a rush to park the car.. Can this issue be improved.. TQ
