This app is a buggy POS. I tried to create an account and put in my first name and country like it asks, hit send and nothing happened. Then when I hit the back button it would give me an error message. Then I tried to sign in with Facebook and it would return me to the sign up page, which did the same as before. Then I tried to register a product and it would scan several of the bar codes, and when I tried to scan the serial number it would say it was an invalid one. DOESN'T WORK.

You guys didn't fix the bug in this version instead y'all screwed this up. In the previous versions you used to get login points for logging in daily from this app and for some reason that doesn't happen anymore in this app. I used to login from my desktop daily before the app came in and I must say the app made it easier but now y'all messed it up. Y'all literally removed the points section, I've been collecting points since I've bought an Msi product and the new version is full of bugs.

Very bad experience after update, not showing my earned points and crashing again and again. Bad app.

It is impossible to choose a country in the application, which is probably why the repair history is not displayed. Bonus points are also not calculated correctly. I go every day, but I get one bonus point about once a week. Also, I did not receive the promised 100 points for registering the product.

Unable to register laptop with USA selected. Only "Other" is available to choose for method of purchase regardless of which selection I make. When I enter "Best Buy" in the last field I get Error(02)

Doesn't work. Frustrating, especially since most of us are using this app to register products that are broken to start our refund. So when you're trying to register a broken product on a broken app.... Rage ensues.
