It used to work. Haven't been able to log on for months. Have to hit forgot password, go to website, then find the prompt to pay online.

All the cutesy icons don't work. You MUST scroll all the way down where where the link is to log into your account. But that's only the beginning. You must click on "my summary" and you'll get all the past bills. The top of the list will be your latest date of billing. Check the box next to the outstanding bill, then click SUBMIT. You MUST have your checking or savings account checked. You must enter your checking/savings account. The following box, enter the bank's routing number. Then submit.

Horrible, horrible app. Honestly, I don't know why MSD retains this app. It doesn't give confirmation screens during new account setup. When I paid my bill online using my new account, I received a confirmation number. I had typed in the payment amount as a full pmt of account balance. Later, when I tried to look at my online account statement.....it showed that I had only 'paid' 57¢......and that a different amount was now due....in no way relating to what would have been a logical amount due (i.e., Ttl. Balance due - 57¢). Also, I had wanted to setup automatic payments---- there is no way to do this online! I looked and looked. When I phoned, I was told by a customer service representative that I had to mail in the completed bottom half of my paper bill. To add insult to all of this.... I just now received an automated phone message telling me that my account is passed due (in the full amount)..... this, after I have a payment confirmation #. Crappy, maddening software!

Should be removed from the app.store. for past year or so been trying to access cant only via desktop browser. Always late for payments due to this app.

Kinda a sloppy app - a lot of information needed and some of the numerical fields edits make it difficult to put in leading zeros

doesn't work! tried repeatedly to pay bill and it stalls, won't proceed, I'm done! Apps are supposed to make life easier, not more complicated!
