About this app

Gridcoin is an open source cryptocurrency (GRC) which securely rewards volunteer computing performed on the BOINC platform.

It uses proof-of-stake concept and in order to get started with mining it you might need to have some starter GRC amount in your wallet.

Using this app you can get some coins for free.

This is also very useful if you want to try using crypto currencies and understand how they work by receiving and sending some transactions but don't want to go ahead and invest real money yet.

This faucet operates on the money made of ad - we're sorry that we have to put it in but otherwise this would never be possible to send free coins.

You can only request a payment once every 3 hours (reset at server time).
