App didn't accept my VIN as valid. Was told to use VIN for another. Camera module lacks features needed to get good images in shadows.

The process is relatively seamless you open up the app put in your VIN number and then through the app take pictures. It even tells you how they would like the pictures. And that's basically it then inside the app you'll get an estimate when it's ready. This is what I look for in an app, simplicity and ease of use. it just works
