I like this app. It brings me back in time when people, with superb skills, were able to decode and send messages through a telegraph.

Why does it have to have access to the camera to take pictures or full network access or anything else listed in the documentation ? If the user only wants to convert text to code or vise versa ? It's like every app makers is trying to hack every cell phone that installs their app. Make the app so we can turn permissions OFF and still us it. OR IS IT an UNTRUSTWORTHY App ?

Like the interface but a couple of things would make it five star for people trying to learn. 1 To be able to vary the speed so one person can enter text and the learner hears it but if they can't get it, you can play it slower. 2 Not to have to physically press a space key between letters and even words when entering using morse, wouldn't do that on a morse key (and keep up better). 3 When going from text to morse the first letter played back seems to jitter a bit and doesn't play perfectly.

I bought an album recently that listed the title and tracks in morse code. A curious thing to do on the part of the artist. So after trying a few , this app was by far the best , I typed in the dots and dashes and it translated it perfectly for me. I then found an interest in morse code, it's quite a haunting sound , almost from a distant time , associated with seafarers in distress , yet musical too. Thank you for creating this app !!
