This tool will let you randomize your ClockSkin after a predefined period of time.
It will get all the ClockSkins in the "clockskin" folder and choose one randomly.

The minimum delay is 1 minute (Android limitation), and the maximum delay can be whatever you want.

THIS APP IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ANDROID WEAR!
