The app is incredibly poorly developed, configured, and managed. Since it really accomplishes nothing at all, the creators seem intent upon swapping "security" with "befuddling, time-consuming, and complicated," and I suppose they did get away with it because they sold it to EDD, to whom I will give the benefit of the doubt and just assume the sales pitch was much better than the app. Let's hope, anyway.

ridiculous wait times because it doesn't matter what documents you use or how you take the pictures- you will have to do a video call with a "trusted" referee. Timer stuck in loop. goes down and back up. absolute trash service. Ploy to discourage people from applying or trying to draw their unemployment.

Because this app doesn't allow you to go anywhere other than to sign in, get an email code verification, install Google Play ID.me app, and ONLY BE ABLE TO CONTINUOUSLY REREAD A DESCRIPTION OF THEIR MONOTONOUS INSTRUCTIONS (which lead absolutely nowhere) *Can we all agree that the only recourse to to file a claim with your states unemployment PUA website???? As of today: this whole trick bag pro-cess is only about keeping control of who the masses are!

This app is very had to understand. I have been asked to enter a picture of my drivers license twice now and I have no idea where the first copy has gone to, which is why I'm weary about doing things like this on line. Although all my information was put in correctly and up to date, I continue to get a message stating that my identity can not be authenticated. I'm very confused and alarmed.

This system suck it's supposedly to identify fraud bs. Excuse my language I have been trying to claim my weekly benefits, not only is it giving me a hard time. I decided to look further as to why it don't work and ran into something else. It says my log in location is Littleton Colorado and I have never even been near there. Oh did I mention unemployment owes me, I wonder why it's not letting me claim. Seems to me like someone is trying to avoid paying people. Comment if same.
