This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing DevLearn 2019 on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

I really like how I can view the schedule and add items to my schedule. The social interaction is fun for now, but will be overwhelming if all attendees are active.

Great social features, liked the my agenda and point system. Had a couple issues if I tried to look up attendees or clear my notifications it would crash and reboot.

The app never loads the events and crashes. The conference is tomorrow and this sucks not to have access to mobile. Very poor
