Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Match: Animated Torch / Light on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.

Flash Light, Torch, Candle, LED - Match. It's all the same, let there be light!

This small, low-resource application, lets you strike a light with control over your LED torch. This new release has seen the application completely renovated, with proper animation and a recoded base for modern devices.

Match Version: Release2022.

Four Permissions are required:

CAMERA for use of the LED.
INTERNET for the HTML instructions webpage.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE to allow the application to be Active but not in the foreground.
VIBRATE to allow for the creation of a Notification when the application is running in the background (For quick access to open the app).

On the initial opening of the application, you may be asked to 'Allow Match to take pictures and record video?' This is the Camera Permission, and it must be accepted as Match will not work without it.
