App is very slow. It takes less time to unlock the door, disarm the alarm at the panel, and walk around the building to turn on all the lights and computers than it does to disarm the alarm with the app. My phone spends 98% of it's time in landscape orientation. When trying to disarm the alarm, this app only shows the keypad numbers 1 2 and 3, the remaining numbers are drawn off-screen. This app needs to properly support landscape orientation.

All is good, except that I have never receive any notification from the app. (I'm using Android). When there is an alarm, I only received the call. However, my colleague received the notification from the app (he's using iPhone). What is the problem here?

2021-03-10 After a day. Everything worked fine. Update removed my sites. Now it works, but any operation is extremely slow ( 1 minute) , and sometimes it is not able to refresh and times out telling me to check my internet connection

As an installer who provides clients with this app. Its a great app but requires improvement. For example being able to set it up to part arm the system (eg night arm) for HKC panels

Unbelievably slow and unreliable. Updates do not provide any improvement. When it works it works.
