Normally mobile app is more easier than computer operation, but Kseb's case is different because If you are paying Kseb Bill through my account login id and password you can pay your bill without entering bill number and consumer no, if you are paying through app all the above details needed. Another speciality in web is you can add 5 bill details in 1 user ID, but on the app not able to add single bill, every time you need to enter full history, kindly develop the app

For consumers who do not have actual bill with them, this application is useless. The application will be useful to online payers like me only when the application is able extract the current bill from KSEB on filling the details of section and consumer no. Also the app is not very convenient for making payments

When i selected one area and proceeded with the consumer and bill numbers, a different area (electrical section) was selected, and further change was not possible. Only a web shortcut, not a useful app

There is no auto populate option. App should keep the consumer number stored and give notification every time bill is generated. If any inputs needed try checking Bsnl Bill Pay app. Would like to meet the people who gave 5 stars for this shifty app. I'd say theyve not got enough exposure to quality apps.

So cumbersome to use it. What a torture! Every time you use, you have to enter all your details. Then what's point of an app! Poor fellows, they have no idea how to create one 😕
