Worse than the old Neo Notes. I transferred my old notebooks from Google Drive. Tried uploading new notes from my pen: app made a new notebook. No way to make them upload to an existing notebook. Tried manually moving the pages between notebooks: the old notebooks weren't available for transferring. Had to make a new notebook to combine the pages. Tried uploading new notes again: they couldn't be added to the combined notebook. Notes are permanently separated now. No drive backup option.

No way to back up my notes! I always work on several devices. In the first place it wasn't really convenient to back up and restore notebooks every time I used a different device, but not a terrible problem either. I started using my NeoSmartPen on my phone again for the first time in a while, only to find out that there was no way to now back up my notes and access them from my computer? This is total nonsense.

EDIT: see their response below. I chalk this up to a combination marketing and translation issues. I actually love the pen and went all in on different notebooks. What I love the most is that you dont even need to buy the notebooks, you can download pdfs and print them right on copier paper and it works! I am still disappointed that the new app does not connect to onenote. There is also not a convenient way to extract the handwriting to text output to other apps, it has to be one page at a time.

Wouldn't download. Awkward to get on a laptop or computer, the play store kept trying to download it onto my phone. When I finally put it on my phone just to test the pen it wouldn't open, remaining stuck on the loading.

Still the issue remains of being stuck on loading transcription engine while having now Network. Other issues have been solved.

It is simple not working. It's an expensive pen, so the app should be good enough to work. Is it so hard to find good coders to write an app?
