My complaints have been lingering for over a week. When they didn't resolve it on time then due to disappointment, I stopped using it. Today I was surprised when I opened the marastyal app. How strange, I have not given any feedback, the district administration has given itself five stars *****. Now you can't even complain about expensive stuffs on it because they removed the option of overpricing. The entire system is being held hostage by incompetent and corrupt govt officials.

Very good app but another feature needs to be included in order to make it a comprehensive approach towards District Administration. The addition of "Crime Service" feature will be a value added to this app through which a citizen can inform the District Administration regarding Kidnapping, Murder, Child abuse, Rape, Robbery, Lost & Found, Drug Trafficking etc

Its a very good step. Much appreciated. Please note that at most chicken shops chicken are being sold without weighting but on per peice bases. If one insist for weighting the seller will not sell to you although the price list and scale will be there. Most often they say the scale is having issue. How can this be reported via this app?

Loved this app. An easy way to lodge a conplaint agaisnt price hike and hoarding to the government and response time is quick. Plus it also gives info about sasta bazar location, wheat distribution points and daily price list (Narkhnama). 👍👍👍

Inform Your Government. Such a nice app with multiple features inform your district adminstration about overpricing, hoarding, encrochments etc. In parallel Service locator is also intresting section to find the specific service in your district, it could be like utility store, sasta bazars, Atta dealers etc. i will smartly use this app :)

Very handy app, one can keep himself up-to-date with fixed prices of items as per Government Prices which will helpful to culminate overpricing, also one can launch complaint against Encroachment and Garbage; as a result of which Complaint Redressal team will sort out the issue within stipulated time.
