This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing HTML Dual Viewer on PC Windows and Mac.

Ads, No Local source selection, if I wanted to edit my own webpage, I legit would use wordpad over this hahahahahaha

Tried some other, this was the only which could download pages with request URI. Don't like ads. What about a share function and probably a choose for user agent (instead of Firefox OS)?
