・初回設定はどうすればいいですか？
本アプリの利用開始時に、上記サービスに対応したSIMカードをお使いの端末に挿入し、インターネット接続ができる環境で初回設定を行ってください。以降、Secured Wi-Fi・DoSPOTのエリアに近づくと自動で接続し、通信量を気にせず高速通信をおたのしみいただけます。

・SIMのない端末でも使えますか？
　上記サービスに対応したSIMカードが必須となります。なお、初回設定後、発行されたID・パスワードをアプリ内で確認できます。

・デュアルSIMの端末には対応していますか？
初回設定時、お使いのデュアルSIMの端末に、Wi-Fiサービスをご利用可能なSIMだけを挿入して初回設定を行ってください。その後、追加のSIMを挿入することで、ご利用いただけます。

・自動接続機能をオフにできますか？
お使いの端末のWi-Fi設定画面を表示から、「0001_Secured_Wi-Fi」「NTTWEST-SPOT」のSSIDへの自動接続機能をオフにしてください。

・つながらない！どうしらたいいですか？
①初回設定時には、対応SIMカードが必須となります。電波環境によってはつながらない・接続が遅いことがあります。

※一部の端末で、DoSPOTサービスにログインできず、インターネット接続ができないことが確認されております。

・DoSPOTサービスのログイン画面が表示されましたが、どうしたらいいですか？
①一部の端末でDoSPOTサービスのご利用開始時に、ログイン画面が表示される場合があります。この場合は、当該ログイン画面を閉じ、そのままインターネット接続をご利用下さい。
②また、DoSPOTの電波が弱い場合に、DoSPOTサービスのログイン画面が表示される場合があります。お手数ですがご利用の店舗・施設内で、なるべく電波強度の高い場所に移動して再度接続をお試し下さい。
