App can connect to the printer maybe 1 out of 40 times I try. I'm pitching this printer into the garbage today. If you haven't bought one, save your money. The printer is fine and the photos look fine when I'm willing to spend two hours "searching for printer" on an app that won't let you just type the IP address in because either the developers are morons or we think they are. Save your money and buy literally any other brand.

Constantly says the printer can't be found even when printer is turned on and connected to the WiFi. Sometimes I can print a couple of pics and 10 minutes later the app can't find the printer again - or vice versa. Really frustrating and time wasting trying to get it to work.

Great app. Does what its supposed to do. Just tricky fOr me to see. The print on every page of the app in tiny. I'm very visually impared. Average people with avedage vision, or even glasses will probably be fine. If not, thoygh, no way to enlarge print on the app. It is unaffected by phone/tablet print being enlarged. Otherwise, great app! Love the free printables!

I'd love to rate this 0 stars. I needed to print out a school project; a single document. Easy, right? It took me over an hour. And it still won't print. I have multiple files I can see in my Chromebook but when I go in the app, "No files found." This app is completely bullcrap. Don't get this printer. Save your money, time, and sanity.

Just downloaded it and it will more often than not NOT find the device, even though it's already connected to the wifi. I already followed the troubleshooting, and when it does find it and the printer says it has completed the connection, the app still says "Searching for other printers", leaving me unable to connect the device that supposedly HAD connected. I chose this printer having had issues with HP Printers connecting, and looks like I'm just having the same issue all over again. Device: Canon Maxify MB2720

The app doesn't get past the user agreement. It catches freezes and doesn't load. If I try to reload I get a blank screen that doesn't close. I have to restart my phone to use it again. Once I can use the app I'll change my review.
