Basically, it's usless! Every! Every time I use it, says the printer is not available or blocked. Then, after spending 20 to 30 minutes, or more, addressing that, the usual end is to reboot the printer, router or the phone, often all three. It's literally easier to email and print files from my laptop. 8 months later, I've reinstalled the app. Somehow they made it worse.(Imagine that!) Alone with printer errors, it's also blocking other computers from printing. Google should remove.

This app rarely works. I send stuff to the printer and nothing. Its super annoying and I don't see any other canon print options. Currently, this app doesn't fit images to the page. All if a sudden i send to printer and my file or image is too big. I cannot shrink to fit. This app sucks!!! I am so frustrated with it!

Doesn't work correctly or efficiently. Uninstalled it to reboot, when trying to re-install, it just shows a "pending" message for download. Tried another canon app(similar to this one) and it does the same exact thing. Canon use to be a great company. Back to HP now I guess. Waste of money and time.

Every time I try to use the app it says printer isn't available or offline. Now I have to go into a different app to try to print. But to no avail, Canon app does not work. Completely and utterly useless.

I love my cheap Canon printer. But, nothing you do in settings will prevent it from sleeping. Once it is asleep. You are supposed to push the power button quickly to shut it off. This works one in ten. Causing you to have to unplug it. Which ruins the heads. Canon, shame on you. You know about this bug and have never fixed it. This is why the app will not work. The printer is asleep. Go ahead. Ping it. It will respond. It won't wake up. Arrgghh

I downloaded this app as my cc company is stopping on line support. Simply it does not work. I have followed the instructions to the letter, the app icon shows but after a few minutes I get message saying printer is unavailable or cannot be found. I am standing in front of the printer it is turned on and set up correctly. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app with no effect. I note that none of the previous comments regarding this app have been responded to by Canon, guess Ill have to go and bu another printer that will work with Android. Guess what, IT WONT BE A CANON
