This app is based on a good idea (sunrise & sunset) but unfortunately it doesn't work properly on my phone. The app times out, so I have to manually restart it at the relevant times. My phone runs Android 7.0

My car android tablet has no ambient sensor, this app is exactly what was needed, works flawlessly, the developer even added an "invert" button as the brightness slider is backwards on my android unit, thank you so much for making this free app.

Doesn't work on my Google sat nav mirrors. It never shows defined location. So is always bright or dark never adjusts.

Auto brightness manager adjusts automatically the brightness of your smartphone.

Auto brightness manager calculates the sunset and sunrise time based on your location and modulates the brightness of your display. For example, if the sun rises at 6:00 o'clock brightness will be increased gradually. Vice versa if sun sets at 21:00 o'clock brightness will be decreased gradually.

So, if your smartphone doesn't have a light sensor or it doesn't work well maybe this application can help you.
