Worse than hopeless. Asks for log in to Google or Facebook. I refuse to do this for privacy reasons, so the app just locks - can't even be closed. I've now been using the mower for over a year, which is fine, but the app just isn't fit for purpose. The designers seem obsessed with things like Google Home integration instead of just making it all work properly with the mower. Updates always fail, and sometimes tells me that it doesn't support my mower. Very poor Indeed.

I've spent two hours trying to get this to work without success. Terrible software, no in app instructions and the user manual does not mention Bluetooth setup.

What a disappointment. Slow, clunky, and poorly thought out. You can't program the schedule unless you are within bluetooth range of the mower- you can't even view the schedule unless you are within bluetooth range! It doesn't show what program the mower is working to, so you have no idea what the mower is doing. I can only hope there is an update soon. Should have bought a Husqvarvana.

Utterly hopeless. Terrible design. Most of the features do not work. None of the statistics update properly and make no sense. Most of the commands fail to make any difference to the robots operation. GPS map is inaccurate. No notifications appear on the phone. Just to add insult they give you an option to purchase an infinity plan for 48eur that does absolutly nothing. Great robot that is badly let down with this awful app.
