About this app

PainSled connects your Concept2 and WaterRower indoor rowers to fitness tracking and workout experiences like Strava, Zwift, TrainingPeaks, Rouvy, and the Concept2 Logbook. It also logs your rowing workout data and lets you export it to formats like TCX, CSV, or JSON.

* RowedBiker Mode

PainSled can also make your indoor rower appear to be a cycling power meter or smart treadmill, so you can participate in online group workout experiences like Zwift or Rouvy.

Thanks for checking out the PainSled app. We’re very proud of it and hope it will be useful in helping you achieve your fitness goals!

New features

In this release, the session export function should actually work. There are also some new metrics to play with in the monitor view, including our old friend the Stroke Scope. Also, the Cruze buttons are now at the top of the screen as they were being accidentally pressed when folks were using the nav bar.
