I had an issue with my account balance (some of my balance was lost) , so I sent an email to the support (in English), after a few days they answered me (in Chinese). The email stated that there was a bug in early version and your dot is permanently lost!!!!!!

Great app! Staking is a little different on Polkadot, but as long as you do your research and learn how it works the procedure is simple enough. Just make sure to select good validators and know that the validators get rotated so sometimes you won't get rewards if none of your selected validators are in the current rotation.

New UX is terrible, it is trying to be too fancy and waste a lot of display real-estate (i.e. what's the point of having a notch at the bottom the memu apart from covering useful information and forces user to scroll down). Keep it simple stupid (K.I.S.S)

STAKING POLKADOT IS EASY THANKS TO THIS APP!!! Seriously, checkout a YouTube video about how to stake DOT on the Polkawallet and it's very easy. All other ways were kind of confusing. User friendly interface. How it should be. I almost gave up investing in Polkadot but this made it easy. Ready to gain the rewards of staking my dot. Great app thanks.

Horrible experience! Been trying to use the app for days but seem to be going around in circles. I can't find what I want to do easily and now that I want to transfer my funds out, I get a success but nothing happens and I've tried a couple more times...still nothing.
