I installed this app and made purchases of Crypto. I cannot withdraw some of my crypto to an external wallet. Also the transfer fees are ridiculous. To transfer about 80 units of some costs 57 units in fees! Use this app at your own risk. Don't use the investment tools - they are an absolute scam. It takes a long time to redeem and you can lose a lot of money just waiting to redeem as the price just keeps going down.

You have to add "Market" orders, some people trade more often and 90% of the time, the platform does not fulfill your order even if it goes over the price. We need a better way. 🥵 i love the options on tokens though, I want to keep using it...

I like the app similar to bitmart, they need to update it more, alot of coins , deposit and withdraw work ,be sure to withdraw in Litecoin its cheaper, it doesn't have market buy which is annoying if you click on a coin you have to rush to put buy or else it will just make and order and not fulfill it great app if they fix those issues

I wish you could transfer money through an account, and it took me a good week to understand how to use it. But once I figured it out, I really like it. It has all the new coins, staking, among other options. If you make it more user friendly I think it will get a lot more popular.

Trading is good, coins always arrive after about an hour. Withdraw fees are so bad...your crypto will be stuck on the exchange FOREVER... makes sense with all of the downtime now. If the fees were low we'd all run to other exchanges.🤣

Always under Maintenance. Liquidating your positions when in profit, even though it clearly says on their terms of service they do NOT liquidate positions on anyones behalf "for any reason".. horrible customer service responds with the same copy/paste messages. They don't even care to read your request, let alone take the time to actually write a unique response. Simply a generic "sorry for your inconvenience, please understand, thanx". Exact same response even after 20+ emails (UID: 1191753)
