About this app

We're reimagining accountability so every person can succeed with integrity.

Honā in ancient Sanskrit means "to become." Since our app is all about helping people "become better" through value-aligned commitments, and the word also sounds slightly like "honor", we thought it was apt for the product.

Second, we see many startups focus on "conquering the world", disrupting industries, and/or getting rich. While all these things are nice, we want Honā to help individuals conquer their inner worlds by shifting their behaviors, attitudes, and sense of belonging.

There are many different ways to achieve this, so we focus on just the accountability (commitments and behaviors) part. We will partner with others who are committed to helping communities conquer their inner worlds. By doing so, when they go to conquer the outer, they'll (hopefully) be doing so from a much more integrated place.
