I find the app is useful, however the app won't let you use the back button in Android to exit from the app, I end up having to use the clear open apps option on my phone to get out of it. Overall, useful app, just this improvement required for me to update my rating. Also, I try to look at the reports section and this still states that, "My concent is being processed", but it has certainly been longer than 30 days.

Excellent app, very easy to use and keeps track of payments etc,the prediction of monthly charge and daily usage is useful,I've found nothing negative with this app

It's a good start.... Just needs work. I found a few issues which need addressing. The chat option doesn't properly link to the app so having given login details for the app you'd think it would know your details for chat. It doesn't. You need to give address, supply details and (ideally) account number - but these are shown in the app (but you'd have to exit chat to see them). Also, in chat (via the app) , I was sent a pdf, but this won't download or open though the app (it would on the Web)

The app has been telling me it is "unable to connect to the server" for several weeks now - Ebico advised I should uninstall the app and then reinstall it, but this hasn't fixed it. The app was very useful though when it was working.
