DTDC smartapp and DTDC myapp - both should get negative rating. It asks for OTP. Myapp OTP expires within 30 sec and smartapp OTP expires in a min. U never get OTP within 1 min..so basically you cannot log into these apps. They clearly are not ready for Covid19 situation... Have to uninstall both apps...

Only tracking facility available. For other services you can't use the site while the app hasn't got an option for that.

Worst app I had ever seen, delayed deliveries and worst customer service. Useless ,I would have given no star if it is available. If you call customer care service it is saying that waiting position is 8, then 7 and so on.. to 1 and disconnecting the call ,I did it for more than 3 times I waited for 20 mins to talk to customer care executive.. but it didn't get connected. Tracking is the worst I had ever seen , it's been 30 days the order has been picked up,still it has not been delivered.
