You can trust this app. Yes, I did face a problem when half of the money wasn't given back in the wallet. But, the matter has been resolved now. I have got the money and also had a word with the owner. He has patiently listened to my problems and apologized for all the hassles faced. Nevertheless, it is a good way of stocking up your good and be relaxed.

I wanted to scrap my old washing machine and selected e-waste for 30 kgs and there were no place to mention anything other than weight. Pick up was scheduled. only after I called them towards the end of pick up time window on the scheduled date, they informed me that they do not take washing machine. This is simply horrible customer service and the app need to be more detailed as there were no mention of items excluded
