Broadband Data Usage check is not working correctly. Selfcare website & this app showing different Usage(MB) for a similar date range(or a month).

This app was very bigggggggest bad. It is not work properly. My Problem is in login to this app. it is ask many questions. Other apps ask only phone no. And otp and login but this app ask many questions my advice make this app for login in phone no. And otp please. You read my suggestion and give me a notice that's why i am give you three stairs and i am download it again. Thanks

Not able to get data balance both through app and sms. The most needed time notifications won't pop up! Pathetic. Instead of asking to send a detailed email, first see what most customers are complaining about and resolve that issue first. At least provide basic and much needed facilities, any how we stopped expecting better than that.

Frankly speaking I don't want to rate this app anymore because so many errors I faced with this app today I recharged with a plan of ₹399 money is deducted from account but the recharge is not available. I tried to find the solution or how to ask for refund nothing is available and that also I just lost my money for nothing this app is nonsense unless and until they could refund my money back cause I'm a student staying in hostel with less pocket money.🥺😭

Extremely bad. Once in hundred attempt only can recharge. Recharge details such as validity, balance data etc. not available. In prepaid info tab I could see only balance amount and validity. Data balance is not showing there. SMS usage also not there. For unlimited pack balance amount always same. We need to know data balance.....

It used to work. Now touching anywhere in the screen and there is absolutely no response. ps: I reinstalled and it's working again. probably it was an issue with granting of permission to the app.
