There should be improvement in login process. Many peoples forget their id & passwords. Hence mobile number or email should be accepted instead of login id. This service may help many passengers to easily file a complaint & check the status of complaint

The worst app, if someone has compaint about AC or electrical, no option to register such complaint. No use of filling PNR as doesn't link the journey details.. Tried 138 also but mostly no reply

This is the worst application. No option for train number. Even it does not accept date. What purpose it will serve.

This app doesn't not include different train no. And also the compalin option for train running late. I don't think even they care for their passenger because the train 13006 is more then 7 hours late and no option for complain..
