It works then it doesn't which makes it useless as a lock. Only luck meant I didn't have a bike locked up when the the lock refused to unlock.

You would expect the app to match the instructions that direct you to this site and for at least they have to work or give you tools to correct the problem should it not a futile waste of my time

Won't accept password, won't allow a reset! Really upsets me! Had to remove batteries to stop alarm from going off if I move it!!!

When it works its good had trouble with it accepting passwords and had to cut one off. Where I bought it replaced it at a postage cost.
