Hi There I got this vpn just to connect to the Toronto server in Canada, but first of all, the Android application of this program is very slow to load, and when it is loaded, the power button does not work at all. Do you close and open the program many times... I tested with several different devices and the result is the same. And worst of all, it connects only in auto mode and does not connect to the Toronto IP at all. I wish you had an online chat so that users can share their problems with

It works great when it decides to. My wifi at work isn't super great, so the VPN never connects while I'm there. But it doesn't usually turn back on afterwards. It has been "connecting" for two days, and now it's been "disconnecting" for a while. I'm very frustrated that I paid for a service I get to use, effectively, at random.

I've had Hotspot for years, but in the past year or so, I've had nothing but issues. It is now to the point that it is unusable. It freezes (which activates the kill switch) every 5 to 30 minutes, forcing me to brute force the app close to restart it. The same thing happens on both my desktop and my cellphone. I've even tried reinstalling it. No luck. Finally, I gave up and went to a competitor. It's been a week with the new guy, and I've had no issues with them.

When it use rowork I loved it. The past 3 weeks or so it connects to Hotspot the server, but then cannot access any Web site, texts and notifications don't come through as well as Telegram and any app that needs Internet access are unable to connect. Have a LIFETIME subscription and deleting for now. I'll check back in a few weeks to see if they finally fixed it...if not, I wasted a lot of money for nothing.

Does great at what it does: which is most of the work I need it to do. It works well as a VPN and has good data throughput. It fails me, however, in one important way. I use Android Auto with my vehicle. Android Auto is a system app, not a user app. It doesn't work with a VPN, however. While VPNs like Hotspot Shield offer split tunneling to exclude user apps that don't like VPNs (like some banking apps), it can't exclude a system app like Android Auto. I have to turn off the VPN to use it.

Was gonna rate 5 stars but nah. Vpn works fine but they have this thing where you watch ads (that aren't bad) to get connection time, and I had about 11 hours left. Some days I wouldn't use it but yet it'd turn itself on which I find annoying since there's no way of preventing it from doing so, but after a couple of days it stopped. Now today I'm just starting to use the app just to find out they got rid of all the connection time I got. Unless this is a glitch, this was pretty..unfair.
