Hotspot Switch IP is a solution for people who want to Update IP address on their device easily, but don't have the time or ability to set up and manage a virtual private networking (VPN) connection. It does not use VPN; it uses phone prebuilt functional to change IP address.
Hotspot Switch IP does not use access to external servers and does not synchronize with third-party server APIs in any way, for this reason the application does not process or send user data and user traffic. You can always check this statement using special software such as WireShark.
