Sad I cannot put 0 star. M1 is the worst service you can get as a tourist in Singapore. I bought a SIM card 2 weeks ago. It worked for 4 days. After that, I had to go fix it in a store 3 TIMES IN A ROW. Imagine visiting a country and going to the telco store 4 times. Now, this SIM card comes with 100gB of local data, both in SG and in Malaysia. I am currently in Msia and it just stopped working. If you're reading this, save your money and don't purchase M1 prepaid card.

I had a terrible experience with M1's SIM card services. I topped up my SIM card for 30 days, but it kept showing an expiration date of only 2 days or a week. On top of that, my entire balance disappeared overnight without explanation. This has caused significant inconvenience, as I use this number for 2FA security confirmation. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I feel let down by M1's lack of transparency and reliability. I cannot recommend M1 based on this experience.
