Unable to view the CCTV recordings after using the app for a while. This has happened many times and will usually happen once a year or more frequent. Same goes for my family members. The guy who comes to my house to fix it charges MYR80 each visit. Is this a scam to mess with the app and then charges customers to get it fixed???
