Useless... Installed it and attempted to get a no-debt certificate and it always told me that there was an error. I attempted it 10 times. I pulled up an iOS device, installed the app, and the certificate was generated instantly. What were the odds that the system was down when I was using this app, versus when I used the iOS version? Well, I attempted one more time to get the certificate from the Android app, and it error again. Useless app.

The regular website don't work, neither the app. I like to check my payments every month. Is mandatory for me to provide child support plus health insurance but, is not mandatory for my ex to follow court order for mutual custody. Everything related to the government in the US Territory of Puerto Rico Sucks!!! Education, law enforcement and health. The electric company, water utility company and other issues. Child support is enforced, mutual custody don't. No wonder I left long time ago.
