This app doesn't work. It is impossible to file a report using the app. After filling out the information, it never goes through; gets stuck on the loading phase and then the report disappears. Absolutely useless and frustrating.

The whole county needs a bug fix this app is just a small example of how inefficiency reigns. With the rescouces we have thus could be a much better app but then again so could the trash system as far as illegal dumping goes. I downliaded it to report dumping couldn't even enter my number orr address so I waited 20 miniutes on 311 phone to make a report. A small piece of advice if you charge people for waste and turn them away from the dump (I have witnessed it ) people are going to dump illegally .
